• Bring teudat zehut, teudat oleh, and proof of address.
• Ask about the 'oleh package' — first year of fees usually waived.
• US citizens: expect 30+ minutes of FATCA paperwork.

Pick a fund, register family, get magnetic card

• Walk-in. No appointment needed.
• Free for olim for first 6 months — even before you 'work'.
• You can switch funds once a year, in odd-numbered months.
